Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the Annual Meeting Planner (jmitchel@odu.edu).  All cancellations prior to 4 weeks to the first date of the Event (May 19) will be refunded in full minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures.  Cancellations occurring within 2-4 weeks prior to the first date of the Event will receive 50% refund, minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures.  No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the first date of the Event.
