CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the Annual Meeting Planner (email@example.com). All cancellations prior to 4 weeks to the first date of the Event (May 19) will be refunded in full minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. Cancellations occurring within 2-4 weeks prior to the first date of the Event will receive 50% refund, minus 6% for processing/accounting procedures. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the first date of the Event.

Room reservations will be made by each attendee on an individual basis. To ensure that you receive our discounted room rate, you must make your reservations by April 18, 2017.

You must identify your affiliation with Mid Atlantic Athletic Trainers' Association at the time the reservation is made to guarantee your discounted room rate. A major credit card is required to guarantee all reservations; reservations require advanced cancellation notice of 72 hours to avoid charges.
